Any other use and exploitation, especially of a commercial nature, is prohibited without the express permission of Deutsche Welle. This applies in particular to the reproduction, presentation, publication, distribution, translation, microfilming, as well as the storage and processing of content in electronic systems.

§ 2 German law applies. Any violations of law will be reported to the police or prosecuted under civil law. Deutsche Welle is not responsible for third-party content, especially for content accessed via links.

§ 3 Deutsche Welle shall not be liable for damages that may arise from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when subscribing to the newsletter, unless such damages are caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Deutsche Welle, its employees or vicarious agents.

§ 4 All data you have provided to us will, of course, be treated confidentially. We do not make your data available to third parties for use. We are only obligated to disclose this data in exceptional cases, for example, due to a court order.

§ 5 Deutsche Welle reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the distribution of the newsletter at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular to cases where proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
